The Ferris State University men’s and women’s cross country squads head into the 2025 campaign looking to move up in the league standings.

The Bulldogs, under head coach Jared Kelsh, have a good mix of returning veteran experience and newcomers on the 2025 rosters.

Ferris State will open the year by hosting the 50th annual Ray Helsing Bulldog Invitational on Sept. 6 at FSU’s Katke Golf Course. The event has been held each year since 1976 and represents the Bulldogs’ lone home action of the year.

Overall, FSU will have competitors in eight different fall competitions prior to the GLIAC Championships on Oct. 25 in Caledonia. The NCAA Division II Midwest Regional is slated for Nov. 8 in Kenosha, Wis.
