GLIAC — For the third consecutive year, Grand Valley State's Olivia Stoll has been honored as Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Women's Golf Player of the Year.
Grand Valley State's Charlotte Goersch, who also earned First Team All-GLIAC honors, received freshman of the year honors. GVSU head coach Rebecca Mailloux was named conference coach of the year after leading the Lakers to the 2025 title.

2025 GLIAC PLAYER OF THE YEAR
Olivia Stoll, Grand Valley State
For the third straight season, Grand Valley State senior Olivia Stoll was selected as the GLIAC Women’s Golfer of the Year. Stoll is the eighth Laker to earn the award, with GVSU taking home a total of 15 of them. The GLIAC individual medalist also won at the SMSU Spring Invite and placed in the top three four more times and three more top ten finishes. Stoll carded 17 rounds of par or better, three times shooting a low round of 68. Currently the ninth ranked player in the country, Stoll is the second Laker to earn three or more GLIAC Golfer of the Year awards, joining current assistant coach Katie Chipman.
2025 GLIAC FRESHMAN OF THE YEAR
Charlotte Goersch, Grand Valley State
Earning GLIAC Freshman of the Year was GVSU’s Charlotte Goersch. She becomes the 12 th golfer in program history to earn the award. Goersch earned one win this season, coming in first at the Gilda’s Club Laker Fall Invite, while earning four additional top 10 finishes, including being the runner-up at the East Regional. In her first season in Allendale, Goersch totaled four rounds of par or better, carding a low round of 71. She is currently the 63 rd ranked golfer in the country.
2025 GLIAC COACH OF THE YEAR
Rebecca Mailloux, Grand Valley State
Grand Valley State head women’s golf coach Rebecca Mailloux has been named GLIAC Coach of the Year for the 10 th time in her career. Mailloux led the Lakers to five victories, including both the GLIAC Championship and the East Regional title. Additionally, the Lakers claimed four more top three finishes. She coached six golfers to All-GLIAC awards, with Olivia Stoll winning Golfer of the Year and Charlotte Goersch earning Freshman of the Year. The Lakers are currently ranked ninth overall in the country and are playing in the National Championships for the eighth consecutive season under Mailloux.
