The Purdue Northwest Women’s Basketball team is set to attack the 2024-25 with a rebuilt and reloaded roster ready to hit the court.
Led by first year head coach, Jesse Ford, the Pride are looking to make a name for themselves in the always tough GLIAC women’s basketball conference and notch another appearance in the tournament.
Ford brings in almost entire new roster including three returning veterans with Kylie Schmidt, Cherrelle Newsom, and Zoe Spoelman. These three veterans look to lead the new look Pride this season and leave the program on the high note.
Purdue Northwest welcomes 12 newcomers to the squad this year that include five freshman and nine transfers from across the country that are looking to make an impact this season.
The Pride open their new season when they host Hillsdale in Day 1 of the GLIAC/GLVC Crossover on Friday, November 8 with tip-off set for 5:00 PM CT at John Friend Court and Hammond, Indiana.
