ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – March 12, 2010 – The 2010 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships are underway at the Albuquerque Convention Center. The two day championship event is being hosted by Adams State College of Alamosa, Colo.

The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) will be well represented this week in Alburquerque, New Mexico. Ten schools are being represented, Ashland, Ferris State, Findlay, Grand Valley State, Hillsdale, Lake Superior State, Northern Michigan, Northwood, Saginaw Valley State and Tiffin.

BAY CITY, Mich. - Ashland University's junior Steph Tinney (Norwalk, Ohio/Western Reserve) and sophomore Cheryl Bourne (Lansing, Mich.) were named the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) women's indoor track and field "Athletes of the Year," respectively.
