GLIAC Coaches Pick Grand Valley State & Tiffin to Win 2010 Women’s Soccer Divisional Titles

BAY CITY, Mich. -- The head women's soccer coaches of the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) chose Grand Valley State University and Tiffin University to win the 2010 GLIAC women’s soccer North Division and South Division titles, respectively, in preseason balloting.

BIG RAPIDS, Mich. - The Ferris State University women's soccer program will have a new leader directing the Bulldogs as Matt Kellogg, an assistant at Morehead (Ky.) State University, has been named FSU's new head women's soccer coach in an announcement made this Monday (July 19) by Ferris State Interim Athletics Director Keri Becker.

BAY CITY, Mich. -- Grand Valley State University women’s soccer player Natalja Stanski (Tecumseh, Ontario) and GVSU football player Alex Gilde (McBain, Mich.) are the recipients of the 2010 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Post-Graduate Scholarship. The honor, which awards each recipient $5,000 in aid to the graduate school of their choice, was voted on by the Faculty Athletic Representatives in the GLIAC.
